Which photo do I need?

A front-facing photo with a clearly visible face and good lighting. Upload it while ordering or send it to us by email afterwards.

How big is the figurine?

Standard size is 15 cm. In the configurator you can upgrade to 18 cm, 20 cm or 25 cm.

Yes. The head is sculpted solid and firmly attached – a solid miniature figurine with no moving parts.

Can I have several people or pets on one figurine?

Yes – from 1 to 6 people or pets. Choose the number in the configurator and the price updates automatically.

How long does production take?

Every figurine is sculpted and hand-painted individually. Production takes at least 2–3 weeks after your order/payment, plus shipping time (Germany 1–3 business days, EU 3–6, international 5–12). During peak seasons it can take longer. All times are non-binding estimates – a fixed delivery date (e.g. for a birthday) is only valid if we confirm it in writing beforehand.

I need it by a fixed date – is that possible?

Please email us at info@minimich.de before ordering with your date. Only our written confirmation counts as a binding date. Allow at least 4–5 weeks.
